Case Study Narrative
Sunita was diagnosed with severe sciatica and spinal stenosis. Due to her age and mild cardiac condition, surgery was high risk. We customized a gentle, non-surgical unloading protocol. Within 15 sessions, she experienced complete relief from leg shooting pains and restored her independent mobility.
Following clinical protocols, the patient was initiated on mechanical unloading therapies targeting the affected disc level. In conjunction with deep tissue stimulation to improve local circulation, core muscle activation exercises were subsequently introduced to rebuild lumbar spine stabilization. This double-loop mechanical therapy completely eliminated the radiating nerve symptoms and successfully protected the patient from undergoing lumbar surgery.
